Thank you for shopping at Zaawy.com. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver your orders. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.


1. Processing time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
  • Processing includes order verification, packing, and handing over to the courier.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

2. Standard delivery time

  • Our standard delivery window is 4 to 5 business days from the date the order is shipped.
  • Business days = Monday to Friday and exclude national public holidays.
  • The 4–5 business day estimate applies to standard domestic addresses within our primary delivery region. Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach locations may take longer (see Exceptions below).

3. Shipping methods & carriers

  • Zaawy uses trusted courier partners and local carriers to deliver orders.
  • We select the carrier based on package size, destination, and service availability.
  • You will receive the carrier name and tracking number once the order is dispatched.

4. Shipping charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
  • Free shipping promotions, if running, will be applied automatically per the promotion terms.

5. Order tracking

  • After dispatch, we email/SMS a shipment confirmation with a tracking number and link.
  • Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take a few hours to appear in their system.

6. Delivery attempts & failed deliveries

  • Couriers will make reasonable attempts to deliver. If no one is available to receive the package, they may leave a notice and attempt redelivery or return the parcel to the local depot.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts and you request reshipment, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Exceptions & possible delays

  • The standard 4–5 business day timeframe may be extended due to:
    • High order volume (sale periods)
    • Public holidays
    • Extreme weather or natural events
    • Customs clearance for cross-border shipments
    • Remote or inaccessible delivery addresses
  • If we anticipate a significant delay we will notify you by email/SMS with the updated delivery estimate.

9. Damaged, lost or missing shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contents, photograph the damage, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@zaawy.com
  • For lost or missing packages, we will initiate an investigation with the courier. Refunds or replacements will follow the outcome of that investigation and our refund policy.

10. Cancellations & changes

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified while they are still in processing. Once shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Contact customer support immediately for help.

11. Returns & refunds

  • Returns and refunds are handled according to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy. Please check that policy for timeframes and eligibility.
